Paul Greenberg is Executive Vice President and General Manager of both FYI™ and 45th & Dean, a multi-platform video storytelling hub and full service studio and social media agency developing short- and long-form video content for all the company's brands encompassing A&E®, Lifetime®, HISTORY®, LMN®, FYI, as well as for advertising partners.

Prior to A+E Networks, Greenberg was CEO of Nylon, a leading international provider of fashion, music and pop culture content for Millennial females with digital, e-commerce, influencer, event and print assets. In his first year, he grew revenue an average of 150% year-over-year in several key categories; grew audience from 200,000 unique monthly visitors to 4.2 million; grew video output from 2x/month to 40x/month; and solidified multiple high-profile partnerships, including deals with Amazon, Endemol and Yahoo.

Previously, he was President of SFX, the largest global dance music company. Prior to that, he was CEO of CollegeHumor (an IAC company), responsible for three websites, a long-form TV development division and a film production division. During his tenure, he tripled traffic and revenue through native advertising and other revenue streams. He also grew CollegeHumor to become the 7th-largest YouTube channel with over 125 million video views per month.

Before that, as President, Digital of Time Inc. Lifestyle Group, he was responsible for 10 digital properties (including RealSimple and Cooking Light), which achieved 50% year-over-year audience growth.

In 2009, Greenberg was named one of The Hollywood Reporter’s “Top 50 Digital Power” executives while serving as Executive Vice President and General Manager of TV Guide Digital. During his tenure, Greenberg tripled revenue and increased the site’s audience from 4 million monthly uniques to 21 million.

Prior to joining TV Guide, Greenberg served as Senior Vice President, Global Business Development and Partner Relations at MediaNet, a top digital music provider. Greenberg was previously Vice President, Business Operations at MTV Networks’ and before that, Director of Business Development for Affiliate Sales at MTV Networks. He began his career as a sports announcer at 1010 WINS in New York City.
