“PROJECT RUNWAY”

It’s time to cut – or be cut! The Emmy® Award nominated series, Project Runway, celebrates its 10th Anniversary milestone with 16 new designers. Not only will this season’s designers have to  prove they have the creativity, skills and passion to dazzle Heidi Klum, mentor Tim Gunn and  judges Michael Kors and Nina Garcia, they’ll also have to show off their garments to the critical eyes of a live audience in New York’s Times Square for their first challenge of the new season.

Filmed on location in the Big Apple, each 90-minute episode of the 10th season will showcase the talent of the designers on the runway, and the drama that takes place behind-the-seams as the designers attempt to make the cut to show at New York Fashion Week at Lincoln Center. With  some new twists for the designers along the way, who will make the cut?

“AMERICA’S MOST WANTED”

“THE WEEK THE WOMEN WENT”

Can you imagine a world without women?  Which gender is more capable of running society’s day-to-day functions?  What impact is today’s shift in gender roles having on the world?  Lifetime dives deep into the gender gap issue to answer these questions by bringing a daring social experiment to life by removing the women from one American town in the major program event, The Week the Women Went. The unscripted series will explore modern gender roles and find out what happens when all of the women leave town, leaving the remaining men to run their households, businesses and community on their own.

Based on the ground-breaking British social experiment format from the BBC, The Week the Women Went focuses on the tight-knit community of Yemassee, South Carolina, from which its women left for one week this past fall.  With the women escaping to an isolated site, the town’s men are left to handle all responsibilities — ranging from making the kids’ breakfast and putting them to bed to maintaining their households and coordinating events — many of which resulted in unforeseen issues forcing them to create a new perspective on life during the seven day experience.  Filled with a wide range of dramatic challenges and shocking emotions, The Week the Women Went will reveal what the men and women of Yemassee surprisingly

learn about themselves and their roles in the home, relationships and society as close friendships are tested, unsung heroes recognized, old rivalries renewed and deep secrets exposed during their time apart.  **Comedian Jeff Foxworthy will now narrate the program.  (UPDATE!)

MISTER CONGENIALITY:

  • The men have been working all week to prepare their daughters for the Miss Sweet Carolina Pageant, and the big night is finally at hand. It’s an evening filled with stage fright, cat fights and wardrobe malfunctions, leading to an awards ceremony that no one could have predicted. And at the women camp, a domineering mother finally confronts her son’s fiancée, who makes a mistake that could cause her mother-in-law to be to withhold her blessing.

HUG O’ WAR:  SEASON FINALE!

  • As the women prepare to return, what will remain of the town they left behind? Will Tiger Mom Tammy give her blessing to her engaged son? Has Marine Matt “passed the test” in caring for his girlfriend’s three children? Will the businesses left in the hands of teenagers still be standing? “DROP DEAD DIVA”  

Lifetime’s critically acclaimed hit series, Drop Dead Diva, returns for a fourth season with 13 new episodes. Joining the series’ roster of top name guest stars is Kim Kardashian (Keeping Up with the Kardashians) who makes her multiple episode debut in the season opener.  The one-hour, comedic drama tells the story of a shallow wannabe model who dies in a sudden accident only to find her soul resurfacing in the body of a brilliant, plus-size and recently deceased attorney, Jane.  Produced by Sony Pictures Television, Drop Dead Diva features breakout star Brooke Elliott (Wicked, Taboo), Margaret Cho (Dancing with the Stars, Notorious C.H.O.), Jackson Hurst (Living Proof), Kate Levering (Cashmere Mafia), April Bowlby (Two and a Half Men) and Josh Stamberg (Lie to Me). Carter MacIntyre (Undercovers) and Lex Medlin (Southland) join the ensemble cast as series regulars.

JANE’S GETTING MARRIED   SEASON FINALE!

Kim defends Grammy Award winning singer-song writer Paige McBride (Chelsea Kane) who is being sued by an ex who claims her song lyrics lead to fans trying to murder him.  Parker discovers a secret of Kim’s that could change their lives forever.   Grayson finally reveals his feelings for Jane on her wedding day. “ARMY WIVES”

Army Wives follows the struggles, dreams and friendships of a diverse group of women – and one man – living with their spouses and families on an active army post.  The series stars Kim Delaney, Sally Pressman, Brigid Brannagh, Brian McNamara, Sterling K. Brown, Wendy Davis, Drew Fuller, Terry Serpico and Catherine Bell.  Television icon Susan Lucci (All My Children) is set to make several special guest star appearances this season as Audrey, the wife of a retired Brigadier General, reuniting her with her former All My Children co-star Delaney.

The sixth season of Army Wives will see significant changes to the tribe.  As they prepare to leave the recently decommissioned Fort Marshall and go their separate ways, one of them will be bidding a final farewell.

ONWARD    SEASON FINALE!

“KILLER AMONG US” (World Premiere Lifetime Original Movie)

  • In the World Premiere Lifetime Original Movie: Killer Among Us, Alex (Tess Atkins), reeling from her mother’s shocking and mysterious murder, is trying to help her family’s life get back to normal, taking on the role of mother for her two younger siblings and lending a hand to her father Nick (Tom Cavanagh.)  With no leads and the case growing cold, the police have no choice but to close their investigation. Not ready to give up, police detective Joseph Moran (Boris Kodjoe) takes an unorthodox approach to try to find the killer by enlisting Alex’s assistance, which may put her in harm’s way.  Reluctant to help at first, Alex begins to search for clues and anything out of the ordinary that could help solve her mother’s murder.  But what she slowly begins to unearth is something more shocking than anything she could have ever imagined.
