NEW YORK, NY (January 9, 2014) – Project Runway season seven winner Seth Aaron Henderson proved, once again, that he is a cut above the rest, winning season three of Lifetime’s Project Runway All Stars with his collection entitled “Ole.”  The Portland-based designer beat out fellow finalists Korto Momolu and Elena Slyvniak with a mini collection inspired by his Spanish heritage and created in just four days for the finale runway show at The United Nations.  His collection impressed host Alyssa Milano, fashion-icons Isaac Mizrahi and Georgina Chapman, mentor Zanna Roberts Rassi and guest judges Gayle King and Zac Posen, leading to his historic victory and marking him as the first designer to win both Project Runway and Project Runway All Stars.

Throughout the season, Henderson, a self-taught designer whose designs are inspired by New Wave, Punk and ’80s Goth music, impressed many A-list guest judges, including film and television stars Abigail Breslin, Kristin Chenoweth, Gabourey Sidibe and Elisabeth Moss, actor, comedian and radio/television personality Nick Cannon, rocker Debbie Harry, supermodel Bar Refaeli, television host Lisa Robertson, fashion personalities Nate Berkus and Michael Urie, and designers Eli Tahari, Rebecca Minkoff, Milly’s Michelle Smith, Stacey Bendet, Christian Soriano and Calvin Klein’s Francisco Costa.

As this season’s winner, Henderson receives the ultimate prize package, which includes a chance to create his own custom branded capsule collection with QVC; a fashion spread in Marie Claire and a position at the magazine as Contributing Editor for one year; Next Generation technology and office space from HP and Intel to help grow his business and bring his creative vision to life; a year’s supply of resource® Natural Spring Water and an all-expenses paid, luxurious trip for two to South East Asia courtesy of resource® Water; and professional hair styling and photography for all of his upcoming fashion shows throughout the year, courtesy of Alterna Haircare.  Henderson also receives from Mary Kay an entire year’s worth of beauty products for his fashion shows, as well as professional makeup artist services for his debut show; a cash prize of $150,000 and a complete custom sewing studio from Brother Sewing and Embroidery to launch his winning line.

Season three of Project Runway All Stars is the number one unscripted series in the Thursday 9-10pm time period among Women 25-54.  The series also posted significant growth among Total Viewers, Adults 25-54, Women 25-54 and Women 18-49 versus comparable weeks in season two.
