All U.S. employees, except for those in select roles that have an in-office requirement, are currently working remotely. We value the health and safety of our people above all else, and our office reopenings will remain contingent upon safety guidelines and recommendations. As we look to the future, the vast majority of our employees will have the flexibility that allows them to choose a setup that suits their work preferences: predominantly remote, predominantly in-office or hybrid.

HEALTHCARE
Open access to medical, dental, and vision plans with an option available at no cost to the employee which begins on the first day of employment. Concierge fertility benefits, healthcare, and dependent care FSAs are also available.
401(K)
Company match of 50 cents on the dollar for up to 6% employee contributions. We have a three-year, 100% vestment schedule.
PAID TIME OFF
20 days of paid time off to all new employees in addition to 12 full-day and three half-day holidays. Up to eight sick days per calendar year.
LIFE INSURANCE
Basic Term and AD&D (3x base annual salary up to $500,000) at no cost to employees; supplemental options available.
PET INSURANCE
