Are there any age restrictions to enter the HISTORYTalks Event?
You must be 18 years of age or older to attend HISTORYTalks (the “Event’”). Attendees under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Where will I pick up my tickets?
Please refer to the Carnegie Hall Ticketing Policy here. HISTORYTalks is not responsible for the validity of tickets purchased from sources other than Carnegie Hall and Carnegie Charge.
What do I need in order to check in?
Each attendee must have a government issued ID and the online or box office ticket provided during the ticket purchase process. Please allow sufficient time for security procedures during the check-in process. Also, please refer to the Carnegie Hall Ticketing Policy here.
Is it possible to change or cancel my ticket?
All sales are final – no refunds, no exchanges.
Is HISTORYTalks accessible to people with disabilities?

Can I exit the Event and return later?
You may exit the Event after the morning session which runs from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon and return for the afternoon session which runs from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Please allow sufficient time to return to the Event before the start of the afternoon session.
Will there be an opportunity for photographs with HISTORYTalks Speakers?
No. Photographs, videos and other forms of recordings are prohibited at HISTORYTalks and any attempt by an attendee to take photographs or otherwise record the Speakers and/or activities at the Event may result in the removal of such attendee from the venue.
Is there an inclement weather policy?
The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions. However, if extreme weather conditions compel us to cancel the Event, ticket purchasers will receive a refund. Please refer to the Carnegie Hall Ticketing Policy here.

Yes, and you should read the Code of Conduct before attending the Event and as a pre-condition to attending the Event. Code of Conduct
