By purchasing tickets for HISTORYCon (HISTORYCon or “Event”), you agree to all the HISTORYCon Terms of Use, which may change at any time prior to April 4, 2020, and which may be accessed at https://www.aenetworks.com/terms-of-use-historycon.  HISTORYCon attendees will be deemed to have full knowledge of all HISTORYCon policies.

If you are under 18 years old and attending HISTORYCon without a parent or legal guardian, you must present a permission form signed by your parent or guardian for admission to the Event.  The permission form is available on the HISTORYCon website and here .

Photographs are permitted, subject to the restrictions on the HISTORYCon website.  Video footage is discouraged and requires express approval upon admission to the Event. Attendees may not sell or profit from photo or video footage taken at the Event.  Attendees who do not cease taking photographs or video footage upon request by an authorized HISTORYCon representative will be requested to leave the Event and will not receive any refund of the ticket price or any other compensation.

HISTORYCon organizers reserve the right to withhold, restrict or cancel access to the Event by any attendee who violates any HISTORYCon policy, without refund of any part of the ticket purchase price, in the sole discretion of the HISTORY organizers or their designees. HISTORYCon attendees who access or attempt to access Event activities for which they do not have tickets, who are rude or disruptive during any Event activity or programming, who violate any city, state or federal law that applies to the Event or the venue, who attempt to deceive any HISTORYCon organizer, or who violate the HISTORYCon Code of Conduct, will have their tickets and access revoked without refund.

Attendees of HISTORYCon agree that they are solely responsible for any loss or theft of, or damage to personal property brought to the HISTORYCon venue or purchased at the Event.  HISTORYCon organizers do not assume any responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged property of attendees.

By attending the Event you agree to indemnify and release the HISTORYCon organizers, staff, venue and all related parties from all liability, losses, claims and grievances arising out of or in connection with your purchase of tickets to HISTORYCon or attendance at the Event.

Attendees acknowledge and agree that their likeness or image, if captured by onsite HISTORYCon photographers or videographers, may be used without compensation by the HISTORYCon organizers and their related entities for commercial marketing and promotional purposes, as well as other legitimate purposes.

The Event will proceed regardless of weather conditions. In the case of extreme inclement weather that restricts travel for a majority of HISTORYCon ticket purchasers, attendees with unused tickets may be permitted to apply the dollar amount of the unused ticket portion to a future HISTORYCon Event.
